When I highlight text and then right click copy, open a new firfox page and try to paste into title bar, the text does not paste.  I must go back to a page, redo the copy and then paste again

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click copy
2.open browser
3.right click paste

Actual Results:  
the address stays the same until i redo

Expected Results:  
right click copy...open browser...right click paste text into address bar

very annoying.  It worked before 1.5.0.2

I am having the same problems with copy/paste, only mine won't work at all. It's just since the update at the weekend (now Wed). I use Firefox 1.5.02 on Windows XP System pack 2. The copy/paste works fine on IE 6. I use this function a lot so it is very frustrating. I can right click and copy the image or text but when I right click to paste it's all greyed out. Please fix this soon.

Same problem here.  Started as soon as I installed 1.5.0.2.  I can paste into firefox ok, but I can't copy anything out.  It just doesn't update the clipboard at all.  Makes no difference if I use Ctrl-C, the Edit menu or the context menu.  I had quite a few extensions installed so in the end I just completely uninstalled Firefox, removed all the profiles, cleaned out all the temp files then reinstalled.  Even without installing a single extension again the copy still doesn't work.  Interestingly enough my work PC which would have close to the same extensions installed isn't having any problems at all.  I've grown so dependant on Firefox for web development and this has brought things to a screeching halt.  Someone please fix :/

I have the same problem as Nathan. Tried to unistall 1.5.02 and installed 1.5.01. No luck. Tried safemode with no luck. But I can paste something in firefox. I just can't copy/cut.

copy and paste jpeb images out of browser window into powerpoint doesn't work either.
to duplicate (in 1.5.0.3 on PC) - right click on an web jpeg in browser.  Go to powerpoint - try any method of pasting - and image doesn't appear.
