PresShell::StyleChangeReflow and PresShell::ResizeReflow do not set the mIsReflowing member variable to true like the other things that can cause reflow do. This should probably be fixed to be consistent; it's possible it could cause regressions, though.

Fixed in current trunk by combination of patches.
