334954 - Patch for fr locale of Firefox 1.5.0.3

We'd like to get these two things fixed in the 1.5.0.x branch if possible :

1 - We've got an accesskey collision in the main Firefox windows :
we associated "d" accesskey for Help (Aide) menu accesskey but ALT+D is also the shortcut to select the location bar so the location bar can't be accessed anymore by this shortcut because ALT+D scrolls down the Help menu.
We already fixed that in the trunk and 1.8 branch par replacing this accesskey with "i".

2 - This is less important: we left an untranslated string in the UI interface. The string is <!ENTITY font.langGroup.user-def "User Defined"> in browser/preferences/fonts.dtd
