Middle click on back button does not work

Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a site and then middle click on the back button. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: Last page in history should open in a new tab.

Regression from bug 333831 (there's an unexpected "this" in oncommand which is not assigned when eval-ing in checkForMiddleClick). I suggest backing that patch one out and correctly fixing the click-and-hold issue in bug 334939.
Bug 334939 resolution isn't all that clear yet and this is TRT anyway.
