As requested by Pierre, this is a tracker for bugs requiring the fetching of 
settings from the MacOS Appearance Manager.

Fixing these bugs allows Mozilla to use fonts, colors, sounds, and other settings 
which are dynamically consistent with those being used in other
Appearance-Manager-compliant apps, resulting in a more pleasant user experience.
