33531 - searches fail on phonebook on mac

found this in conjunction with bug 33529 --used optimized commercial build
2000.03.27.10.

to repro:
1. go to http://pb
2. in the textfield in the top frame, enter a name
3. click the Search button

expected: should get a Security Warning dialog saying that you've requested a
secure document.

result: nothing happens, ie, no Securoty Warning dialog appears at all, and no
search in phonebook is performed.

since the mac psm is not checked-in/enabled/ready, connecting to an ssl site on 
the mac will fail.  Simon has been working on this, over to him.

This fails because the PSM Glue lib isn't being built anywhere at present. 
Someone turned it off in teh commercial tree, and the version in mozilla isn't 
ready to go yet. Reassign to mwelch.

This is an invalid bug since PSM is not implemented on the Mac yet.  See:
