With the 20060427 Sunbird nightly build we end up having the old and the new Extension/Theme Manager displayed. For example you open the old Extension Manager from the tools menu but after installing something you and up in a second window displaying the new Extension/Theme Manager.
--> We should consider if this can break anything and we need this fix before shipping Sunbird 0.3 alpha2 or if we can live with this problem.

Patch for Sunbird

This needs to be landed on trunk and on branch, because calendar code is the same on both. It will break branch for a while, guess we have to live with that (There are no public sunbird branch builds)
