When view in explorer, the "what's moo" should be on the right side. When view with mozilla, the "what's moo" is on the left side.

Interesting. Yes, what is in the left column in Navigator is in the right column in Gecko and vice versa

I think that mozilla may be the only one that is getting this correct. The table asks for : 1) a single TD with colspan=3 in the first row 2) a single TD with rowspan=9 in the second row (This is the What's Moo column). 3) two normal TD in the third and following rows That means What's Moo should be below "Shopping" on the left hand side of the page. The HTML in the page is random, really. I wouldn't "fix" this one (unless of course, I've read this HTML wrong).
Does somone need to talk to tucows about bad html?
Mailed webmaster@tucows.com. See what happens. Gerv
They must have revamped their home page - it's now totally different. We really can't proceed, as the old page wasn't attached. Marking WORKSFORME. Gerv

Looks 4.xp, marking verified (but damn, that is an incredibly ugly page; what are they thinking).
