336213 - New folders all have live feed icon instead of folder icon

When I create a new Bookmarks Menu folder, it has the square orange live bookmark icon instead of a folder icon.  This appears in the places view and the bookmarks menu itself.

It functions as a folder, it just doesn't have the right icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new folder (Places view, File->New Folder; or open Bookmarks menu, right click and select "New Folder")
2. Look at icon

Bookmarking all tabs via Bookmarks menu creates a folder with the livemark icon

This bug is because you had a livemark folder and deleted it, and the new folder is getting the same ID, which had the icon associated with it. Clearing the icons from deleted folders is bug 327162.

This bug will not be visible if you have a new profile because I changed the schema so we never re-use folder IDs. It will only be visible from a profile you created a long time ago.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
