Files under this directory contain localizable resources. Please move them under
chrome/.../locale/en-US so that localizers will loclaize them.

res/xpinstall can be removed from the package list.  it is not needed any 
longer.

These bugs are prerequisites of our beta2 localization plan. Add "beta2" 
to keyword.

tao, we think we don't need to fix this by PR2 because those xul files belongs 
to a cut feature, Update Notification.  We don't need to ship those files 
anymore.
