When a DIV is placed on top of a Flash OBJECT the onMouseOut event only fires when moving away from the Flash object. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://www.milonic.com/bugreports/mozbug4.php
2. Mouse over the div on top of the Flash object, press return
3. Move mouse away from DIV with red border
4. Notice that the onMouseOut event fails to fire until you reach the Flash OBJECT's edge




Fired the onMouseOut event when leaving the DIV, not the Flash Object

Just found out that this works OK in earlire versions of Firefox so it's something that appeared recently
