Currently we have: nsIAbDirectoryProperties.description nsIAbDirectory.name nsIAbDirectory.description The last of these is currently used for directories representing mailing lists, the other two are essentially the same, both being used for address book names. I think these should be consolidated into one, preferably nsIAbDirectory.description to reduce overheads and clarify the situation.
This isn't necessary now, bug 331557 will loose nsIAbDirectoryProperties and the other two are different anyway. So WONTFIX.
