337018 - E4X: prettyPrinting blanknode discrepancy

There is a minor discrepancy between the way prettyPrinting of <x> </x> and  <x></x> is done.
I dont know whether this is an issue of E4X specification of Moz implimention.

toXMLString of <x> </x> gives <x></x> 
but for <x></x> it gives <x/>


step:-

1. navigate attachment "e4x_prettyPrinting_blanknode.html"
2. click Input Case "0" link
3. Click "test" button
4. repeat for links 1, 2, 3, 4 ....

The described behavior is as the specification requires (see 10.2.1 #18, #22b-c, #4, and #24 for the former; see 10.2.1 #17 for the latter).  If precise XML serialization of an XML object is required, XML prettyprinting should be turned off before performing the serialization.
