User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Perhaps this is not a bug per se, but it certainly is confusing: Under the Bookmarks menu, in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder menu, I see my bookmarks listed in the same order shown in the toolbar itself. In the Bookmarks Manager, in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder, I see my bookmarks listed in a different order, and there's nothing to tell me how I can get them in the same order shown in the Toolbar, or whether I can arrange the Toolbar contents as shown inthe Bookmarks Manager. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Go to Bookmarks Manager, Bookmarks Toolbar Folder and click on the Name or the Location headings. Expected Results: I'm expecting the order of the Toolbar contents to be consistent with the order shown in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder at all times.
Perhaps this is a duplicate of bug 336930.
Please try resetting the prefs browser.bookmarks.sort.direction and browser.bookmarks.sort.resource in about:config. http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config
