Reported by BoxerBoi76@gmail.com on Windows, in bug 335441: Argh... forgot to mention... This bug appears to have regressed the padding on "Manage Search Engines..." in the search engine drop down. It's no longer aligned vertically with the search engine name. ~B

A fix for this bug was rolled into the patch for bug 337720.

The one-line CSS fix for this problem depends on the slight reorganization of element class names included in bug 337720.
