Trying to create a new bookmark via the bookmarks manager UI, both via the
Icon and File -> New Bookmark..., I bail with
Error: this._microsummaries has no properties

The better fix is for the microsummary picker to detect when the URL field has changed and update the list of available microsummaries accordingly, but this fix deals with the immediate bug.
