After the first start of CCK I had specified a wrong path to the zip programm. Now I recognized that the path is not saved when creating an own extensions directly after the update of the zip path. But if you hit cancel inside the startup window of CCK it will be saved.
The path of the zip programm should be saved every time.

Adding a line to save the zip setting when you create the CCK.
