Note that you can also distinguish emails by their "From" line.

I have the following in newchangedemail. I wanted component as well, but we have UTF-8 component names and do not think Bugzilla 2.20 handles that too well. From: "%product% (bugzilla.gnome.org)" <bugzilla-daemon@bugzilla.gnome.org>
