Using build 2000-03-28-09M15 on win98 and 2000-03-28-08M15 on linux and 
2000-03-28-09M15 the Save As dialog doesn't come up when trying to save a mail 
message.  This prevents me from testing bug 20064 and is regression (but not 
sure when it was working last).

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select a message in the thread pane
3. Select File|Save As|File from the menu bar

Result: Nothing happens, we don't get the Save As dialog and it doesn't seem to 
save anywhere. 
Expected: To get the Save As dialog so I can chose where to save the mail 
message.

who worked on this feature, so if I'm wrong, please reassign it.

OK using:
2000-03-31-13m15 commercial build linux rh6.0
2000-04-03-09m15 commercial build NT 4.0
2000-04-03-10m15 commercial build mac OS 9.0

Note:  if you don't supply an extension to the file name when saving, you'll get
an alert telling you to check your file name and it won't return you to the save
file dialog... will check to see if there are any existing bugs on that.
