User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Firefox version 188.8.131.52 In Firefox, past four weeks, unable to download images, Quicktime updates, etc. Thinking it might be a security setting,unable to access "Privacy" or "Content" in the Firefox Options menu. Always get the Message: "Firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." Then the connection to the website is severed. I choose not to report the incidents to Microsoft. In Internet Explorer I AM ABLE to do the downloading I need. Problem only in Firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Access any website. 2.Attempt to download image, using "save image as" 3.Click save Actual Results: Steps above lead to Firefox problem message and loss of the website. Expected Results: Firefox "problem" essage and severing of connection to website. Firefox should have enabled me to download images, updates, anything, without trouble.

works for me in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9a6pre) Gecko/20070603 Minefield/3.0a6pre ID:2007060304 [cairo] Mike, is this still a reproduce in a recent release/build like Firefox 184.108.40.206 ? (if so, can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode) If you still crash a Talkback ID would be very useful.
