User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Firefox version 1.5.0.3

In Firefox, past four weeks, unable to download images, Quicktime updates, etc.  Thinking it might be a security setting,unable to access "Privacy" or "Content" in the Firefox Options menu.  Always get the Message: "Firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." Then the connection to the website is severed.  I choose not to report the incidents to Microsoft.
In Internet Explorer I AM ABLE to do the downloading I need.  Problem only in Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access any website.
2.Attempt to download image, using "save image as"
3.Click save

Actual Results:  
Steps above lead to Firefox problem message and loss of the website.

Expected Results:  
Firefox "problem" essage and severing of connection to website.

Firefox should have enabled me to download images, updates, anything, without trouble.

Mike, is this still a reproduce in a recent release/build like Firefox 2.0.0.4  ? (if so, can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode)

If you still crash a Talkback ID would be very useful.
