33806 - Need front end support to show all columns of Address book in Results window

Using build 2000-02-29-09 on win98 and linux and 2000-03-29-08 on mac all of the 
columns for the Address Book are not being displayed.  Bug 25354 states these 
columns are in the back-end but we need the front-end to display them:  

Nickname
Additional Email
Home Phone
Fax
Pager
Cellular
Title
Department

Note: when this is fixed and tested, if the columns still don't display reopen 
back-end bug 25354.

Priority 5 per UE Review meeting.

Since the info for the fields described above can be viewed in the Card View 
Pane (bottom right pane) of the AB, it was agreed that being able to display 
these items in the Results pane is not as important. Also, it is not very likely 
that users would want to sort on the text fields described above.

"Home Phone" would be the most important item to add, if we get to this one.

IIRC Communicator displays Name, Email, Organization, Nickname, Work Phone, City.
