Bug 332579 improved Mac event handling on the 1.8 branch, based on work done for the nsIThreadManager changes in bug 326273. 332579 includes a few additional fixes beyond what's present in 326273, as well as some cleanup and reorganization. These changes need to be front-ported to the trunk. The 332579 and 326273 implementations both have some keyboard input problems. I'm working on those in bug 337199. The patch there is not final yet, but it will be easier to fix this on both the trunk and the branch when their event handlers have been consolidated.

Really, this is the same as the trunk version of 332579v8, updated to current trunk context to work with the new appshell.

Checked in on trunk, including removals. Also removed nsRepeater.h from mozilla/gfx/public/Makefile.in.
