Replace the old newgroup with the new one.

There's only one thing worst than having the old newsgroup in docs: having a mix of old and new newsgroup references.

Your patch missed the one in about.xml ( http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/html/credits.html ), and I'd hate to open a new bug about that one too, so if you could include that one in the patch it would be cool.

Emmanuel, if you have the time (and to insure that this gets commited sooner than later), you could test the patch against 2.18 and beyond (those are hyperlinked online at http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/ ). Otherwise the commiter will have to backport the patch for each maintainable doc...

I actually spotted this reference but choose not to change it since it was more of a historical reference than anything else. Would you prefer an outright change or something like :

members of the mozilla.support.bugzilla newsgroup (priviously known as netscape.public.mozilla.webtools) ?
