339046 - Opacity on scrollbar widgets is broken with XP classic theme

You can no longer set the opacity for scrollbars via CSS. Anything below 1.0 and they disappear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load testcase.

Results:
No scrollbars appear; they are there, but just not visible.

Expected results:
Scrollbars have a 50% opacity.

Trunk only, so I'm guessing this is Cairo-related.

Works for me on Linux. Windows only? If so, I suspect the Windows theme code might be having trouble getting the alpha right drawing to an RGBA surface

I'm using windowsxp with the classic theme.

A fix was checked in to 339598 that -might- also fix this; I can't test at the moment but if noone can test with tomorrow's nightly I'll give it a shot next week.
