I think this was an Regression from Checkin for Bug 264881.
Composition & Addressing Pane works fine with SM Creature-Vm 2006053010 and was broken with next tested 2006053021.
At first Start after unzip the Build and open the C & A Pane, the Error-Console throws:
|Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
|Source File: chrome://messenger/content/am-addressing0verlay.xul Line1
| <?xml version="1.0"?>
|-- ^
and:
|Error: onLoad is not defined
|Source File: chrome://messenger/content/am-addressing.xul
|Line: 1
See upcoming Screenshot soon.
Reproducible: Always
