Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060427 Camino/1.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060427 Camino/1.0.1

Mozilla's rendering engine expects the font names to be the localized names used by Carbon apps; for instance, in Japanese fonts such as Hiragino, the name should be rendered in Japanese characters.

However, the font selector used in Camino's preferences returns the English family name used by Cocoa apps, which-- at least in the case of Japanese fonts-- is often different.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences, and in the Appearance section, go to Fonts.
2. Set the default serif font to Hiragino Mincho Pro W3 using the font selector.
3. Close preferences.
4. Navigate to any page that does not specify a font in its style sheet: e.g., http://catless.ncl.ac.uk/Risks/
Actual Results:
The text on the page is in Lucida Grande.

Expected Results:
The text on the page is in Hiragino Mincho Pro W3 (ヒラギノ明朝 Pro W3).

Eep. Honestly, I did search for the other bug, but I must have been using the wrong keywords because I missed it entirely somehow.
