Details

If you open Mozilla, right click on a link and open in a new window then minimize this new window - right clicking on another link and open in a new windows causes the new window to appear top left corner of screen with no visible area other than the caption bar. Visual studio's Spy++ reports a Rectangle and Restored Rectangle of 160x27
