Bug 340126, comment 12: Image-Magick isn't a standalone ppm, it's installed when you choose select "Install PerlMagick for ActiveState Perl" when installing ImageMagick. this isn't selected by default. We need to fix the instructions according to which you need to type "ppm install ImageMagick" on Windows.
