I repeatedly tried to publish a calendar to the ftp server I'm running on my desktop pc - and failed each time. Seems the problem is that Sunbird produces some kind of command the server can't handle... I'll just post the server log, hope that helps.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on calendar, select "publish entire calendar"
2. a) Enter server url and click "publish" and enter username and password in popup window or
   b) Enter server url with embedded username and password and click "publish"

Actual Results:  
Progress bar freezes after about half a second, nothing else happens

Expected Results:  
The calendar should have been published on the ftp server

What is the url you used to publish to? Does it contain a filename, and not just a path?

I've done several tests with publishing a calendar to ftp server and it's seems to work without any problems

Same here. Maybe its something about the FTP server. Jannis, what FTP server are you using?

Due to lack of further information and several reports of WFM, I will set this to WFM.  Jannis, if you can still reproduce the problem and it is not an issue with your FTP server, please reopen the bug.
