Add bookmark frame panel is not accessible to blind users. Orca will not report this panel at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Invoke orca and firefox.
2. Open a website, say www.mozilla.org.
3. After loading, press Ctrl+D to add this page to Bookmark.
4. Add Bookmark frame is invoked.
5. Press Tab to browse different cells in this frame.

Expected result:
New fired frame should be reported by orca. Label of widget and text should be reported too.

Actual result:
Nothing will be reported, this frame is not accessible to blind users.

Additional info:
This bug can be found on vermillion_42/snv_41 with firefox trunk nightly build 20060527.
OS: SunOS → Opensolaris
By pressing CTRL+D
Sure. As I commented in reproduce steps, CTRL+D could open the add bookmark frame, but this frame is not accessible to screen readers. Also, we could find the message firefox fired was with "no name" to those text widgets.
From what I've seen befofe, this is an issue for builds with Places enabled, so not for Firefox 2.0 builds.
at-poke and gok works fine.

btw, Aaron, what do you mean "Places enabled" in comment 3?

There's a new feature called "Places" being worked on, which is a rewrite of bookmarks and history. Originally it was going to make it into Firefox 2, but it had too many problems and is going into the official Firefox 3.

However, any build with a .mozconfig that includes --enable-places will have it. You can see that the add a bookmark dialog has changed from Firefox 1.5 in a places build.

If places gets enabled then this will need to be a sec508 issue.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
