User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 I am receiving emails at "trainer2@shaw.ca" which goes through mozilla firefox. On the last 4 days, I log in to email in the morning to check emails...read them and leave them in file. When I come back later in the day my Inbox is empty...the emails that were there have just disappeared. Not in trash/drafts. This has happened to every email since June 3.2006. The representative for www.shaw.ca says he feels the problems is with Firefox and not Shaw Cable. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Well, that's certainly a popular way to cut short support calls, blaming something else, but it doesn't make it true. Bugzilla works well as a bug database, but not as a support forum (and since we certainly haven't made any changes in 1.0.7 in the last four days, it's not likely to have been a bug that just woke up). You might try posting in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 instead.
