The plugin finder appears and attempts to install the plugin. The install fails and then when you attempt to do a manual install the Flash install says it cannot access certain files within the Mozilla Firefox folder. Which files can the flash installer not access ? Does it say ?

Does the flash player you download off macromedia.com fail too? Vista is unsupported you know...
The file that cannot be modified is c:\program files\mozilla firefox\plugins\npnul32.dll. I understand that vista is not supported but when this is a popular application and the OS will be shipping by years end I think the attempt should be made now rather than later to include the support.

Since the npnul is in the error msg, I am blaming the flash installer, which isn't mozilla code, but Adobe.
