I can only reproduce this when exactly two tabs are open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have exactly two tabs open
2. Drag the left hand one onto the close button of the right hand one and release mouse button.

Actual Results:  
Tabs are reordered, but drop marker remains visible after mouse button is released

Expected Results:  
Drop marker should dissappear.

I'm seeing something similar on the mac, which is that the tab indicator remains visible after a tab is dragged into the browser content, but this is on bon echo (the 1.8 branch) and not minefield.

paul / riaa, do you still see this on the trunk (even after the fix for bug #333791?)

I'm not seeing this on windows xp trunk.

from my tests, and based on fixes that have gone in for the drop indicator code recently, I am going to claim this has been fixed on both trunk and branhc.

paul / riaa, please reopen if that is not the case.
