This release is primarily for testing the Auth rewrite and for getting the Automatic Update Notification out there.
Could we release 2.23.2 before mod_perl stuff starts going into the code? It seems that we have perf issues with mod_perl on landfill and I would really like to separate regressions coming from the Auth rewrite (and other previous checkins) and from mod_perl specific code. The QA lead has spoken.
Sure. I'll release 2.23.2 whenever all the blockers are ready.
I'm working on the release now. As soon as everything important gets reviewed, we can release.
