While downloading a file using a dial-up connection, if the connection closes for any reason, the downloading file immediately goes to a status of complete and a file is created with whatever was downloaded so far.
It would be better if the DM knew enough to pause here and wait for a connection to be reestablished. This way you don't have to start the download over.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect via dial-up
2.Start downloading a file.
3.When file is about 1/2 done, disconnect dialer
Actual Results:
The half completed file was placed in the download folder as if it were the completed file.
Expected Results:
It should have paused waiting until you reconnected to the internet.
