Tag reordering is broken on 2006-06-13-04 linux trunk nightly. I'm assuming it's bug 255942 (DOM_AGNOSTIC3_BRANCH landing), but it could conceivably be but 176182, which also landed in the timeframe.
Can you test using the builds from bug 341362 comment 3?

No, those are windows builds and I'm on linux.
Please retest tomorrow's builds; a bunch of fixes landed for various regressions.
