Use the new add-attachment-upon-new-bug form in show_bug as well. This would enable us to do atomically new attachment addition and, let's say, target milestone changes. It also prevents loading a new page when I have an attachment handy, and brings our interface in sync with what Gmail has, for example.

If you are moving the bug at the same time, or have an intermediate page which appears (e.g. user matching), you are lost.
