342122 - Search service fails with error when the app folder searchplugins is removed

Description

[Ria Klaassen (not reading all bugmail)]

- Have a folder searchplugins in your profile
- Remove the folder searchplugins in the Firefox directory
- Start Firefox
- Result: search is broken
- Advantage: Firefox closes quickly now :)

Regression between 1.9a1_2006061614 and 1.9a1_2006061622.

Removing any search plugin after running a build with it will fail.
