Why I don't know because it has been!! Asked if it was ok to become that, I said yes, then all my bookmarks disappeared. I'm **** off to say the least. Reproducible: Always
This is a known problem. Please see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Lost_bookmarks and/or http://kb.mozillazine.org/Toolbar_customizations_reset_on_startup to fix this on your computer.
