Problem with GIF the time of animated cartoons, much faster than should be. In IE 6.0 on professional WinXP SP2 EN, works normal, but on FireFox 5.0 and mozilla this works, one time and very quick.

This is because IE incorrectly ignores the GIF animation speed when set faster than a certain time.
This is an IE bug, not a Firefox one.
