When we open the import panel from the File menu bar, English strings are displayed in the panel.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run firefox
2. Click File from the menu bar
3. Click Import...
4. Click Next button

Display correct and NLV strings

Hi Ganesh, what browser are you importing from? Some browsers use "Bookmarks", translation respect it.
