caminobrowser.de uses the logo, graphics, and "Camino" trademark on it's site. They never received permission to do so, however.

Since the Caminol10n team is slowly translating caminobrowser.org into other languages (as evidenced at jp.caminobrowser.org and WIP at wiki.caminobrowser.org), we'd like to pursue the caminobrowser.de domain as a trademark violation so that we have the potential to use it for one of our translations.

I'm not sure how well our (the Mozilla Foundation's) trademarks hold in Germany, but please let us know what can be done.

Note: I have not at all contacted the author of the website.
We'll take care of this internally.
