On Linux the SeaMonkey installer doesn't install the chatzilla or venkman icons - the default ones shown on the top left corner of the window.
On Windows the SeaMonkey installer doesn't install the venkman icon.
This is all because we're missing a few lines in the jst files.
I have a patch...

Add icons to the installer files (checked in to trunk + branch).
Patch checked into trunk. Requesting 1.1a approval for this simple fix.
