Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

2. alt + click on any download link
Actual Results:
downloaded file has name of a website (*.htm)
Expected Results:
file should be a mp3 file (*.mp3)

In general, Firefox should save the file using the value for filename in the content-disposition header, but it doesn't do that.
For example, if you alt-click on a link to a script that generates an image, the image will be saved with the name of the script instead of the name of the image.
This happens with 2.0.0.1
