If you switch tabs the TH's will change classnames from active to inactive.
(or active2, active3 to inactive2, inactive3)

All CSS and Javascript have been provided inline in the page for easy testing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch Tabs in the areas I created.
Actual Results:  
You click to switch tabs and the javascript runs and changes the active classname to inactive.  The css rules for these are not applied correctly.  The reason is explained above each set of tabs.

Expected Results:  
I described the errors and what is not working within the linked page.
