Sorting bookmarks by Location or Description in the Bookmarks Manager doesn't sort them as expected. For example if you are in the main Bookmarks folder and try to sort by description some of the folder descriptions will be grouped and sorted but some of the folders without description will be included in the middle. You would expect them to be either at the top or bottom. Sorting by location seems a little more random.

To recreate:
1. Open Bookmarks Manager and click on the Bookmars folder in the left pane
2. Sort bookmarks by description by clicking on the column title

Expected: Ascending or descending sorting where folders and bookmarks with descriptions are grouped and sorted accordingly.

Actual: Folders and bookmarks without descriptions are included in the middle of the sort even if they have no description.

did you intend to ask for blocking3.1 here? this WFM on 3.0.* and 3.1 (didn't try on 2.0). please re-request blocking if this was intentional.
