Per my comments in bug 342996 I've approved the Wells Fargo root CA cert for inclusion in NSS/Mozilla. This is the request to actually add the cert to NSS.
Priority: -- → P2
Target Milestone: --- → 3.11.3
Attaching the Wells Fargo root CA certificate. SHA-1 fingerprint is

93 E6 AB 22 03 03 B5 23 28 DC DA 56 9E BA E4 D1 D1 CC FB 65
Corrected the OS field to change from OS X 10.3 to "All".
OS: Mac OS X 10.3 → All
I am about to add this root CA cert shortly.

From "bug 342996 comment 2" I conclude we want to approve this cert for all purposes.

I already received the CA cert and the fingerprint in an email from Frank which contains a valid signature.

Open question:

- What nickname should be used?
The common name is: Wells Fargo Root Certificate Authority.
  For the nickname I propose:

    "Wells Fargo Root CA"
I have no objections to that nickname, although I doubt you were asking me. :)

Do "we" know yet which versions of Firefox and Thunderbird will be the first to contain this root? Will it make it into the Firefox 2.0 release?
Depends on: 351756
Done, checked in to NSS trunk and stable NSS 3.11 branch.

Ryan: I checked, and it appears that this certificate did make it in to Firefox 2.0
