344807 - downloading "firefox" themes

I upgraded today to the 1.5.0.4, and today I figured i could download more themes since now i have the latest version.... but it keep giving me a msg on top of the screen saying "Software installation is currently disable. Click Edit Options... to enable and try again"  Anyways! Once I click on "edit options" the window comes up and "IT IS ENABLE!!!!"    

How can I fix this problem?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the "install now" for any of the Add-on of FireFox.
2.Little bar on top of scree apears saying "Software installation is currently disable. Click Edit Options... to enable and try again"
3.Click on "Edit Options" 

Actual Results:  
Options window comes up... the "Conect" tap is pre-selected... It doesn't matter what options I chose.. it won't let me download the Themes. 

Expected Results:  
Them Window to come up and download the theam. (I've download themes before with no problems)
