Details

When you click the back button you're always taken back to the top of the
previous page.  e.g. on the CNN main page (it's long) scroll down a ways, click
a story link, then click the back button to go back to the main page.  You'll be
at the top of the main page, and you have to scroll way down again to get back
to where you were.
bug 16806 is saving the scroll position in the history
