345331 - Problems with installing Extension and Themes

I continually try to download and install extensions and themes, but it says "Software installation is currently disabled.  Click Edit Options... to enable it and try again."  I have done this continually, and haven't found any Check boxes etc. to enable/disable this.  Oh and I use Mozilla 1.5.0.4 if that helps.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit a site which can install an extension or theme.
2.Hit "Install Now" and for me, it always happens, saying "Software installation is currently disabled.  Click Edit Options... to enable it and try again."


Actual Results:  
Same thing as always happens, "Software installation is currently disabled.  Click Edit Options... to enable it and try again."

Expected Results:  
Installed the extension and theme, it does this for all of them, not just certain ones.
